I approach each therapy as an individual journey. We talk together to understand the areas of your life which need to be worked out in a new way. People are able to grow quickly: you can expect to be more successful in your relationships, your career, with your children, and creatively.

I trained as a ‘Self psychologist’ and approach life from a humanist perspective. I have coached and helped numerous people over 25 years. My practice has evolved primarily by working with with dreams, body, artistic expression, nutrition and imagination. I work well with creative people.
In this process I have acquired and developed further the understanding that comes from Jung’s ideas; from mythology, fairytales and diverse cultural traditions; from dream symbols, connecting long series of dreams over many years with real life events and changes; from carefully listening to body symptoms, and responses to stimuli from all senses. Jung gave much importance to dream analysis.
