Group work offers a safe context where to explore conflicts, symptoms, and meanings that participants share voluntarily along the process. This is an excellent way to connect every day life with dreams, symptoms, emotions, feelings and ideas, looking at ways these influence our experience and relationships.

The work includes different forms of expression, including light exercises, dance, reflection individually and in groups, keeping diaries, discussing dreams, and other materials and activities, to give voice and form to inner images.  Through all these, in the midst of ordinary life, you will suddenly be involved in an exciting inner adventure, yours.

Sharing dreams, role-playing, performing light exercises, dancing, working with artistic expression, keeping personal diaries are some of the key elements we use to help each participant to gain in their self-knowledge. If you would like to take part of a group please visit our Agenda.
